Web Developer
Realty Impressions is seeking 1 to 2 contract website developers, although we will keep multiple applications on file. Qualified candidates must have at least 3+ years of job-related experience. MacOS and Windows experience essential. Unix/Linux experience a plus.  Must be proficient in HTML/XML, XHTML, DHTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, Perl, MySQL. Experience with comprehensive database development and integration for Web a must.  Skill in development of dynamic multimedia, and highly-visual web designs essential. Flash/Shockwave, highly desirable.  Applicants must be creative, and able to independently create web pages. Candidates must be detail oriented, organized, and flexible. Work schedule could vary weekly and include occasional rush jobs. Developers will initially be hired on a project basis to develop custom designs created by our web designers for clients.

Web/Graphics Designer
Realty Impressions is seeking 2 to 3 hourly contract web designers with at least 3+ years experience, possessing an EXPERT-level proficiency in current MacOSX and PC software including Photoshop CS, Illustrator CS, Flash MX and knowledge of HTML coding, and database development. Qualified candidates are creative, detail-oriented, organized and a self-starter with a strong portfolio of recent work. Candidates must be flexible. Work could vary weekly and include the occasional rush jobs. Contractors will be hired on a project basis to develop custom designed website graphics for our clients. Other jobs could include production work, and designing new templates for the developers to produce.

Copywriter
Realty Impressions is seeking an outstanding and versatile freelance copywriter with 3+ years of professional experience. Qualified candidates must have extensive knowledge of the real estate industry. This person will be hired on a project basis to develop copy for clients in the form of web content, ad copy for the web and print, editing content provided by clients for consistency.
